LOKAL turns the latest housing-market numbers for your US metro into a finished, ready-to-post carousel, story and square graphic with a written caption, in about 60 seconds.
How does LOKAL work?
Type a city or a ZIP code. LOKAL fills the post with the real numbers for that market (median price, market speed, inventory and more), so you export and post in minutes instead of rebuilding a template by hand. Coverage is 15,045 markets: every ZIP in the public Redfin release, plus 43 Zillow-powered metros.
Where do the numbers come from?
Metro figures come from Zillow Research, updated monthly. ZIP figures come from the latest public Redfin Data Center release, a 90-day rolling window. LOKAL is independent and not affiliated with Zillow or Redfin. Always verify against your local MLS before posting.
How much does LOKAL cost?

Do I need any design skills?

How is LOKAL different from Canva?
Canva hands you a blank template; you still have to find every figure, compute month-over-month and year-over-year change, write a caption and export each size. LOKAL pre-fills the market numbers, writes the caption and exports the carousel, story and square in about 60 seconds.
Can I edit the numbers before I post?

Does LOKAL handle my state's advertising rules?
Yes, and it is checked on the image itself, not on the form. LOKAL carries the real estate advertising rule for all 51 US jurisdictions (the 50 states and the District of Columbia), each with its regulator, rule reference and source link. Two of those rules are typographic. Texas wants the broker name at least half the size of your name, Illinois at least the same size, so LOKAL measures the pixels it drew and tells you what passes and what does not. It reproduces published regulator guidance; it is not legal advice.

We built LOKAL in 2026 to end the monthly scramble of hunting down housing numbers. Every figure is public and verifiable, with no invented data, no stock logos and no filler.

Metro figures are sourced from Zillow Research, updated monthly. ZIP figures come from the latest public Redfin Data Center release, a 90-day rolling window. You can cross-check each number against public United States housing statistics from the official sources below.

How we compute change
Month-over-month compares the current month against the prior month. Year-over-year compares the 2026 figure against the same month in 2025. Every LOKAL customer works from the exact same public numbers, so two agents in one market never see different data.
