How we track the 88260 market
We built LOKAL to pull 88260's numbers straight from Redfin Data Center, so an agent and a client read from the same source. For May 2026 we recorded a $255K median sale price, +8.5% year over year and a +1.0% month-over-month move across 33 recorded sales. That compares with roughly $235K a year earlier, in 2025. This ZIP is served from the last public Redfin release (frozen since June 2026) and only appears because it cleared at least 20 recorded sales for the period, so the median stays reliable instead of noisy. Both sources have published ZIP-level series for years, which is what lets us show month-over-month and year-over-year change here in 2026. LOKAL is independent and not affiliated with Redfin; always verify against your MLS before you publish.
