Across the 8 California metros we track, median sale prices run from $393K to $1.55M for July 2026. In Fresno, the $393K median compares with roughly $386K a year earlier, in 2025. Zillow Research has published these city-level series monthly since 2018, which is what lets us show month-over-month and year-over-year change here in 2026. We refresh every metro monthly.
